Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eich's Sports website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Orders & Custom Products

All orders for custom-decorated merchandise (screen printing, embroidery, heat press, sublimation) are considered final once production has begun. By submitting an order, you confirm that all artwork, sizing, and specifications are correct.

Eich's Sports reserves the right to decline any order that contains content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of applicable laws.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or logos for decoration, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that artwork. Eich's Sports is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork provided by the customer.

Any artwork, designs, or templates created by Eich's Sports remain the intellectual property of Eich's Sports unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Payment terms are established at the time of order. Eich's Sports reserves the right to require a deposit before beginning production on large or custom orders.

Production & Delivery Times

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Eich's Sports is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, shipping carrier issues, or acts of nature. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Eich's Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Will County, Illinois.
