BLAST Resistance Band Training

ABOUT THE TRAINING:
 
I am offering several different types of training to different target groups.  All training consists of warm up, speed/agility/explosion training, strength training, and stretching.  Emphasis is placed on quality and correctness of movement.   All training is available in 6 week – 12 session packages.  (2 nights a week for 6 weeks.)  Team and mixed sport training is grouped by grade level for middle school or high school.  HIIT is mixed group for high school and adult.
 
  1. Team Training – This includes certain movements and drills that are more sport specific.  $210 per team member, 10-12 participants.
  2. Mixed Sport Training – This package includes movements for different sports, but not geared toward one sport in particular.  $240 per participant.
  3. High Intensity Interval Training – This is a boot camp style training session geared toward feel-good fitness.  Men and women of all shapes and ages love this high energy, metabolic training.  It gets your heart pumping, leaves you feeling a nice soreness, and boosts your daily energy.  $240 per participant.

ABOUT ME: 
I am currently employed as a teacher and coach at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville.  At different times in my coaching career I have coached wrestling, softball, and cheerleading.
 
Since 2005 I have been strength coach to the NV football team.  I also consult with coaches in other sports (wrestling, girls and boys basketball, boys and girls track, and swimming) to enhance the performance and durability of their athletes, as well as help numerous students and colleagues who are not involved in athletics to gain the motivation and knowledge to put themselves in the shape they want to be in. 
 
The coaching role I have been most passionate about is the strength and conditioning of adolescents and adults.  Since gaining this position I have continued to improve our program with the times.  Our athletes have seen reduction in injuries and improved performance year by year. 
 I am excited to bring a high quality, budget friendly sport training and fitness opportunity to Eich’s Sports and the Plainfield community.

Schedule of Classes:
All Classes are offered at 6pm-7pm and 7pm - 8pm


Session 1: M&W  Jan. 9 – Feb 15 

Cost: $240.00 for 12 sessions (6 week program) both days!

Cost: $125.00 for 6 sessions (6 week program) you choose the day!
