Line Drives & Web Gems

Eich’s is proud to introduce its NEW all-inclusive program for Baseball & Softball players! Tired of standing around  waiting for your turn in traditional hitting leagues? Want to continue to work on your game during the off-season?  Want to work on defense also?  This is for you!  Line Drives & Web Gems (LDWG) is a team based game that keeps you moving at all times. It is held in the gym.  LDWG pits 2 teams against each other.  The offense is trying to hit line drives against an 8’ wall while the defense tries to prevent them from scoring by making the play. Points are awarded to the offensive team for hitting the wall behind the defense or by the defense bobbling a ball! After everyone on the offense hits and the defense has gotten them out the teams switch sides.  8 week sessions. Monday Nights

 5pm- 7 & 8 Baseball; 6pm- 7 & 8 Softball

               7pm- 9 & 10 Softball; 8pm- 13 & 14 Baseball

Tuesday Nights

 5pm- 9 &10 Baseball; 6pm- 11 & 12 Softball;

               7pm- 11 & 12 Baseball; 8pm- 13 & 14 Softball

We will add more sessions if needed!

Cost: $65/player

Min: 8 per age group

Registration Deadline: July 26, 2010

All participants are to bring their own ball glove
