Baseball Camp ‘08

9am – 11am

ALL aspects of baseball will be taught by Eich’s Baseball Instructors

Pat Molinari, Ryan Kosack, Brian Harper,

Bobby Wilson and Brian Eich

Hitting, Infield Play, Outfield Play, Pitchers and Catchers,

Base-running, and other topics will be covered!

All campers will receive a Camp Shirt along with the opportunity to win many more prizes!

 

Camp Cost: $150 individual or $125/person for groups of 4 or more

Location: TBD – we will call you a week before with location

Ages: 8-14 (some exceptions may be made)

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Enclosed is the enrollment fee paid in full. It is my understanding that if I cancel prior to 2 weeks before the 1st day, that I will be refunded the entire amount less 20% non-refundable processing fee. At any time after that date, I will receive a credit, minus 20% processing fee for future instruction. I also understand that their will be no refund/credit for days unattended by student.. I give permission to Eich’s Sports to use my child’s photo or endorsement for promotion.

Waiver and general release and covenant not to sue

As a parent/ legal guardian for ____________________________ (participant) I hearby give my consent to participant’s participation in the program held by Eich’s Sports & Batting Cages. I acknowledge that participation in the event involves the risk of personal injury to Participants or others. Understanding this risk I, on my own behalf release and discharge Eich’s Sports, and their employees and instructors of all claims and liabilities as a result of the program. I have read this waiver and general release and covenant not to sue and the refund/ Cancellation policy carefully and fully understand the contents. I am aware that this is an agreement not to sue the releasees and constitutes a complete release of liability by me and by participant in favor of the releasees. I acknowledge that I am signing this document of my own free will, with full knowledge of the risks assumed which include, without limitation, the risk of injury or death to participant regardless of how it gence or fault of the releasees.
